West End Voices Terms and Conditions (regarding “Sing With The Stars” and “Strictly Musicals”) 1. These terms and conditions apply to “Sing With The Stars” auditions, and both “Strictly Musicals” workshops and performances applied for and consented to by the parent or guardian (referred to hereinafter as “student”). Changes to these terms and conditions require the written consent of West End Voices Limited. 2. Audition and workshop times and fees are given on the website www.singwiththestars.co.uk and in the acceptance email for each venue. The successful applicant will only be deemed to have been accepted into the “Sing With The Stars” ensemble if the payment (fee) is made within 5 working days of confirmation. If payment is not made within this time it may result in the applicant losing their place. No refunds will be available once payment has been taken. Receipt of the payment will be confirmed in an email along with all relevant workshop details and acceptance of any student is not confirmed until that email has been issued. 3. Each applicant must be between the ages of 8-18 years old. 4. Each applicant must arrive 15 minutes early to their allocated audition time with a parent/guardian. 5. Parents/guardians will be required to fill out a form of consent on arrival at the auditions. 6. West End Voices reserves the right to exclude students from workshops at its discretion. 7. Each parent should note the times and dates of workshops and concert to ensure each applicant would be available, should they win a place in the “Strictly Musicals” ensemble. 8. Care of each applicant outside of the audition room will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian. 9. The decision of the judges is final and shall not be contested in any way. 10. Methods of PaymentBank transfer, cheque or cash will be accepted as valid methods of payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards. 11. Workshops take place at varying times during the normal academic terms. Each student is responsible for ensuring the dates of workshops and performance can be met. 12. Written confirmation from West End Voices of an application confirming that a student has been allocated a place establishes a contract for the provision of teaching services. 13. West End Voices reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff. 14. Fees are reviewed at the start of each project/venue. 15. Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform West End Voices and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition. 16. Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. West End Voices can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings throughout the period of auditions, workshops or performances in any of the allocated venues. 17. The liability of West End Voices and that of its staff is restricted to workshop and performance time only and then only to gross negligence. 18. Parents/guardians consent to the publication of their child’s photographs and video footage (during workshops, performance and at the after-show party) for use on our website www.singwiththestars.co.uk and for general publicity only for West End Voices Ltd.
